Stoneleigh Care Homes operates four homes across the West Midlands and Staffordshire, supporting adults with learning disabilities, EMI dementia, acquired brain injury, Down's syndrome, challenging behaviour, and substance-misuse recovery. We work closely with local councils and social services to place the people the statutory system most needs to find good placements for.
How we work
We're a small operator by design. Four homes is enough to give families a real choice of locality — Dudley, Stourbridge, Rugeley — and small enough that the registered managers know every resident, and most of the families, by name.
Our staff teams are recruited for tenure as much as qualification: people who want to settle into a household rather than rotate through agency lines. That continuity is what makes specialist care actually work — particularly for residents whose behaviour or mental-health needs depend on predictable, trusted relationships.
We accept admissions for placements that other homes have sometimes struggled to hold: residents with EMI dementia, acquired brain injury, complex behavioural presentations, and co-existing learning disability and mental-health needs. Where we don't think we're the right fit, we say so up front and point families and commissioners somewhere we think they should look.

Each home has its own registered manager, its own household feel, and its own community ties. Together they cover a forty-mile stretch of the West Midlands and southern Staffordshire.

Stoneleigh House & Jasmine Court- Sister homes in Dudley supporting adults with learning disabilities, Down's syndrome, and physical or mental disability. Single rooms with a domestic feel.

Stoneleigh Daycare & Respite Centre- Day support and short-stay respite for families needing planned breaks or post-discharge care. Works closely with local councils and social services.
